I live in the heart of the beautiful Appalachian mountains and they are a never ending source of inspiration. These cards were inspired by the lookout over Pine Mountain, one of the highest in the state.
The background colors were printed in a blended rainbow roll to give the illusion of the sky and mountains. Then, once dry, the image of the mountains were printed on top using a hand carved linoleum block.
These cards are A2 size, roughly 4" X 5", and printed using water based ink on recycled card stock.
